I Have Severe Headache From Last 2 Hours, Which Medicine I Should Take?
I have severe headache from last 2 hours, which medicine I should take? And I also have little fever and weakness. thanks

Welcome to HCM.
Headache could have some underlying organic cause. It needs to be investigated before it is ignored. Fever itself could be a cause of headache. If it recurs frequently, then cause need to be searched for. Ear pathology, dental caries, hypertension, raised intracranial pressure, migraine are some of the more serious causes. These need to be excluded.
Any pain killer will give temporary relief, safest being paracetamol tablet.

Hi well come to HCM.
If only first bout of severe headache than you may take drug like paracetamol in
combination with paracetamol.But if you get repeated bouts of need to be investigated
post clinical examintion by your doctor if he feels so thanks
