I have severe cramps(mostly at night) but also have them

I have severe cramps(mostly at night) but also have them frequently during the day. Affects my feet, legs, torso, hands and arms. Have numbness or tingling in hands and feet all the time with occasional vibration or electric shock feelings in my toes and fingers. That is an occasional issue and is not painful. It has been gradually getting worse over the last several years.
