Hi,

As per your brief history, I can say you are suffering from either irreversible pulpitis or acute periodontitis. This can be diagnosed with Proper clinical examination and radiograph of the area. The treatment plan can be accordingly planned. However, for time being you can try lukewarm salt gargles and maintain a good oral hygiene.

You are also advised to avoid sugar rich foods, junk foods, beverages and too hot and cold liquids which will help to reduce pain and sensitivity. Moreover, get a Fluoride rich tooth paste which will further help to reduce sensitivity and pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
