I Have Red Painful Incisive Papilla. I Don T Smoke Or Drink

Hi, my papilla behind the front two teeth is red but not swollen. However, it is still sore after nearly 4 weeks. It looks like there is a tiny hole (spot) on it but that s all, which I think may have been caused after catching a crisp there. I don t smoke or drink. Any ideas?
