I Have Recently Developed A Blister, Kindly Help Me Out

I run track and field in high school, and i have recently developed a blister about a week or two ago from wearing low-ankle socks with racing flats. Usually these kind of blisters get better pretty quickly, but because of the type of shoes i wear to school and having a lack of band-aides at home, I neglected to properly take care of it, so the skin came off early and resulted in bleeding . It soon grew a scab, but now (probably because of the shoes I still wear) it has swelled and is now an odd shaped BUMP on my foot. I ve tried popping it, but it doesn t seem like there is any liquid inside! It is tender, hurts to touch and is affecting my running - how do I get rid of this?
