Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
It is a very good that you have decided to quit smoking. One should understand that, preventing relapse is more important and difficult than quitting.

You need not worry as your symptoms are consistent with nicotine withdrawal. You could have avoided these problems by quitting cigarettes under the guidance of a deaddiction specialist. There are many way to quit smoking and the doctor would have selected the best option suitable for you. Try adopting a relaxed and healthy lifestyle with regular physical exercise.

Hi Parth, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your History suggests you are suffering from Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms. You need to get yourself examined by a Psychiatrist as you will require Nicotine supplementation is the form of Nicotine Gums, Skin Patches, Nasal sprays or Inhalers or Smoking cessation medications like, Bupropion and anti depressants. Your treating Doctor would know better. Avoid stress and eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables. Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation. Exercise regularly.

Wish you Good Health.
