What Should I Do To Get Relief From Dryness In The Mouth And Nostrils?

I have post nasal drip. It causes nasal block especially when lying down and sleeping, I have to get up and clean my nostrils with warm water and neti pot. Decongestants made matters worst and I get up at night with very dry mouth and dry nostrils. I feel I have a lump in my throat and hard time getting rid of it. It is affecting my mind and worrying me a lot. It has been going on for 5 weeks and is depressing as I cannot get enough sleep. What shoud I do?

Hello,

It may be due to gastritis.

For that you can take tablet pantoprazole and syp mucaine gel.

You can apply nasal saline drops locally in nose.

Avoid hot and spicy foods.

Take light foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
