I have pain in neck to back of head often during tension, stiffness of neck etc. I have problems concentrating, memory, improper sleep etc

I would suggest that you get an xray cervical spine to rule out some conditions like spondylosis.See a othopedic doctor and get examined.You might need physical therapy.
