The bone u r referring is the frontal bone n ther is a possibility of the frontal sinusitis causing the pain.It is also related to orbit of eye so eye problems may also cause pain.if it pains on pressure by thumb( tenderness) then it is most likely sinusititis.u shud go to a doctor who can prescribe u antibiotics n analgesics.
