I've pain in my chest and I can't breath well and I fell tired if I do any physical activity,is it a proplem?

How old are you? Does your chest hurt all the time, or only when you breathe deep? Do you have any swelling in your legs, or anywhere else? Either symptom you gave could be serious, and need to be checked out by your Dr. You could have bronchitis, pneumonia, or even more serious problems such as Congestive Heart Failure-which doesn't mean you have had a heart attack, neccesarily. GO TO THE DR!
