I have of sever abdominal pain. I work swing shift

I have of sever abdominal pain. I work swing shift so he ate lunch at 8pm which consisted of a peanut butter and honey taco wrap. I had a bowel movement at noon but not since then.
I puke bile when I go to try and use the bathroom for a bowel movement. I'm assuming due to trying to force it. Symptoms occurred about a half hour after lunch. what could this be?

Last night I had a sever pain in my right abdomen right around my navel. I couldn t sit or stand there was no comfortable position to be in. The pain would be constant and unbearable for about 30 minutes and then it would get less intense. I could still tell there was pain there but I could walk and talk. At times I felt feverish, but never took my temperature. I experienced chills and sweating. I never vomited but sat over the toilet feeling like I was going to. The pain lasted for about 7 hours like this. When the pain wasn t unbearable I would fall asleep only to be woke back up 30 minutes to and hour later in tremendous pain. This also happened about a week ago, the pain was just as bad but it only lasted for an hour or two. Any idea what could be causing this?

I am a 42 year old healthy female and have experienced a severe sustained increasing pain in my upper right side abdomen in the past few days, I shift positions and that helps but the pain does not seem to go away. I was hoping it was gas or diet related so I kicked up fiber intake to flush my system and notice black pellets in my stool today with no blood present and I am in less pain at the moment, what does that mean ?

I have had abdominal pain for over 2 years after surgery for adhesions, I am currently on Fentanyl patches 87 microgrammes and Oramorph 40mg in 2 ml every 2 hours as needed and 75mg Amitriptyline and am still in severe pain. I ve had 2 Pulsed Radio Frequency treatments which only worked for 5 days. The next step is an Ultrasound Guided PRF treatment. Do you have any other suggestions? Would Cryotherpy treatment be better?
