I have noticed that I have had symptoms of lactose intolerance. I realize that when I take a day off of dairy, my symptoms clear up and they stop. But, when i try eating or drinking anything dairy I get my symptoms back. My symptoms are watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, the need to run for the bathroom within about 30 mins to an hour after eating anything. I just need to be for sure, I put my eating diet as lactose intolerant as of yesterday and my symptoms cleared as hours went by without my intake of dairy products. These symptoms have been getting worse, that’s why I need to know what to do.
