I Have Notic Heart Side Pain, Pleasae Help Me Out

i am 32 years male from last 6 months i have notic heart side pain at morning even feel sufocation n even pain occures wily deep breath privously my TG was high up to 278 but now it is 58 but still pain is there

hello,
pain in the chest can be due to the conditions of heart or lung or of the GI system.
pain on breathing goes more in favour of pleural pain.
this might be due to infection, trauma etc.
i am glad your triglyceride values are in the normal limits.
i would advise you to continue your medications and if the symptoms bother you or get worse i would advise you to consult a physician.
