I have missed two periods. I have pregnancy like symptoms

hey, i have missed 2 periods, and im constantly having stages of the day where im feeling really drousy and sick but ive done a a few pregnancy tests and there negative so im guessing im not pregnant wat else can it be

The irregular periods can be due to PCOD( cyst in ovaries);hormonal imbalance;thyroid problems;mental stress etc and even pregnancy can cause to miss the periods.If more than 2 pregnancy tests are negative then you need not worry about the pregnancy and the sick feeling may be due to some other reason for which you can consult a doctor in person and get examined as it can be due to gastritis;mental stress;being overworked;anaemia etc.

You should get done USG abdomen to rule out poly cystic ovarian disease, since you
have missed your two periods. Hormonal disturbances due to PCOD can create all
this due to hormonal disturbances.Thanks
