My breast are swollen and I have milk coming out but I m not pregnant , my sister is though.

You should go for serum prolactin levels , if they are normal then take tablet cabergoline .25 mgm biweekly for 4 weeks , if the symptoms still persist then you will have to go for CT scan head but tell me one thing ..how many children do you have ?
