I slept the whole afternoon but Im steel feeling bad. My eyes are red and I feel them very tired. I have to go to work tomorrow at 6am. Im a foreign worker and I dont have a family doctor so I have to go to the Emergency service at the hospital. But I dont want to go just for a cold. I do feel very bad though. What should I do?

I have had some mild swelling on the left side of my neck for the last two months .I can tell it is my gland in front of my ear. I found out I have had sarcoidosis for the last 10 years no symptoms just an elevated ACE level. I have no insurance but I can go to a free clinic if I need it.

I have one month swelling at the base of my neck on the right side. Initially, it was the size of a ping pong ball, over a few weeks it reduced to 1/4 the size of a ping pong ball and today, it increased to 3/4 of a ping pong ball. I did perform strenuous exercised for 35 minutes yesterday. The swelling is soft, and I really do not have pain. Although today my head feels a little fuzzy, almost like very mild flu symptoms. Any thoughts?
