Low grade fever , sore throat , stomach ache off and on over 6 to 8 weeks Hi - my granddaughter has been fine and then has a low grade fever, stomach ache and sore throat - these sysmptoms have been coming and going for about 6 weeks - she can be fine and then fade really quickly - she has also lost weight because she does not want to eat

You need to consult your physician, as the features you have mentioned raises certain doubts and he might suggest you to go through a battery of tests to rule out the underlying disease conditions. Till then, advise your grand daughter to drink plenty of warm water and do warm salt water gargles.
