I Have Heart Problems Or Is It Something Else ?
PLEASE HELP ME I'm 15 and I think I have heart problems or is it something else? I keep getting a feeling of a tight chest and stabbing pains right in the middle of my chest. I ve never had this before but for the past 4 months I have had occasional palpitations but they only last for a few seconds and only occur once every few days. I think I eat healthily and exercise regularly but I don t know what it is that has made me feel like this. My mum thinks it is just heart burn but is it something worse like a heart attack? I m 15 but could someone please give me some information about what this could be? this has been going on for 2 days now and it is really bugging me i think it could be stress

Its most likely Stress or something of that sort. Its really not that common for a child to get heart disease unless you were 1.born with it 2. eat really unhealthy and dont exercise 3. are over weight and things like that. Heart pain and palpitations are scary, but yours probably do not mean you have heart problems(be thankful for that! its not fun having heart problems) But if it is really worrying you, ask your mom to schedule you a doctors appointment.
