I Have Heart And Arm Pain

I keep on gettin heart pain and upper arm pain in my left arm im kinda gettin scared now about it ... any ideas on wat it is??

If you are young (< 30), you should be taking some ibuprofen on a regular basis for this because this could be related to illness or some activity you have been doing which has given you a muscle strain. If you are over 30, you might want to consider seeing your doctor and getting and EKG done. Either way, take some pain medication.
