I Have Hard Time Breathing After Stop The Medication Of Type 2 Diabetes

I'm 43 years old. I have diabetes 2 and blood pressure of 167 over 105. At least once an hour it's hard to breath and chest feels like (almost a haunting feeling) a gas pain right in the middle. I had stopped taking medication because I can't afford it. What can you tell me besides see a doctor?

Hi.. Diabetes and hypertension are two such medical condition where it is essential to keep it under control..Else can lead to complications..  Besides medications, other lifestyle modifications and diet modifications can help in keeping then under control. You need to follow them strictly.. If these do not help in controlling the sugar and BP problems, then you cannot avoid the medications.. The cause for the pain could be heart burn.. Avoid spicy food stuffs, caffeine, smoking.. Be regular with your diet... Sleep well and  manage your stress well.. All these can prevent it from happening.. You can try over the counter medications such as antacids, prilosec (omeprazole) 20mg tablets.. However it is best to rule out cardiac problem by getting an ECG and evaluation..
