I Have Had Tight Chest, Esophagus Tightened, Light Headed

In the last two days I have had four times where my upper chest tightens. It feels like I have swallowed something and it is stuck. My esphogus feels tighened from my throat to the bottom of my chest. Then I start feeling light-headed. Right now, I also have a cold and I have almost lost my voice. Should I be concerned?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
From the symptoms, u have put across- It looks like u have Upper respiratory tract infection (loss of voice is very suggestive). Take a complete course of antibiotics and look out for improvement in complaints.

You may be required to be evaluated, if problem is persistence.
