I have had puffiness and pain below right lower eye

I have had puffiness and pain below right lower eye lid for several days. Thinking it might be a stye I have been applying warm compresses to no avail. Now a big puffy section has appeared below my eye. I'm concerned since I do see a head forming under the eye lid.

I woke up a month ago with swollen eyelids that lasted 4 days...right eye so bad half open. After a week was better. Went to my primary at that time not that swollen. He said might be allergy-did urine test. Since I went to eye dr, and dentist had a ct scan of teeth- all fine. The pain in my right ear is intermittent and into lower jaw at times. My eyes today are noteably puffy/swollen top and bottom again today. I do not have pets, don t wear perfume and this is scaring me. Also notice my tongue is not totally red-some white on it. THIS IS NOT FREE INFO....AND I JUST MADE A DR. APPOINTMENT- AFTER READING THIS PAY FOR ADVICE. fOR ALL I KNOW THIS COULD BE SOME CLERK READING INFO ON WEB MD TO ANSWER MY CONCERN. To make a long story short I have seen various doctors for the past year to no avail and have an appointment in October with a vestibular specialist at Mass Eye and Ear....continue to have lower right eye pain and fullness in right ear not every day, but at least two to three times a week. Could this be associated with the 32% loss in my vestibular system? 650 mg of Tylenol does not work. They also have me on generic lexapro for inside jitters. Your thoughts?

I am having severe pain above and below the right eye and the optic nerve (right side of the eye), in the nose, complete forehead, and top and back of the head since November 2013. Initially, I met two psychiatrists who claimed the pain was due to stress. When those medicines failed, I visited a general physician. He stated it was Trigeminal Neuralgia. I was prescribed Clotan 200 MG and Macfresh 0.5 MG but even after one and a half months, the pain has persisted. Now the pain has spread to the neck as well. Few minutes ago, I consulted another doctor who said these are vascular headaches and has prescribed Naxdom 500, Pantop 40 MG, Divaa-OD 500 and Tolfree 150 MG HS. I can barely sleep 2-3 hours. The moment I wake up, the pain starts and I can t sleep after that. There s a throbbing pain between my eyebrows and continuous pain on the top of the head. My BP is 120/90 and all other vitals are also fine.
