I Have Had Bouts Of Tachycardia & High Resting Heart Rate, Please Suggest Me

My resting heart rate is 120 beats per minute, I have had bouts of tachycardia, and I think that this heart rate now may be a continuation of the tachycardia... am I wrong ?

Hi well come to HCM.
Sinus tachy cardia ie occures due to ANxiety, stress, fever, physical exercise, rt
sided heart failure etc. Once occured need not remain for ever as the associated
condition is settled it will be back to normal and if not and due some persistant condition
drug like B- blocker can be used to bring it to normal. Thanks
