Hi, lymph nodes get enlarged due to infection. As you know that you have a badly decayed wisdom tooth, the primary cause of lymph node enlargement is that. Please do not worry. Go for the tooth extraction and wait for some time. The infection must subside. You are suspecting oral cancer. Your dentist would have told you if he suspected any abnormality in the oral cavity. So please relax. You are not likely to have cancer. Take care !

Even spiced veggies can cause cancer. It means things which irritate your system does cause problems. So you should take that into consideration. And with your symptoms, get the infected tooth cleared with the help of antibiotics and/or extraction.
