I have had a sore on the back of my tongue for 3 weeks went to an ENT he said it's from acid reflux and gave me prilosec to take. It's still really sore and now I have another sore on the back of my throat. Hurts bad can't hardly talk or eat. What do I need to do to help it go away?

My back has been really sore for over 3 years and is getting a lot worse and hard to cope with. I cant stand or walk for long,its sore when bending,is sore when in bed and when I wake up is awful. Im only 23 and want my life back. One thing that people say could of caused it is my violent childhood for 19 years but im not sure. Thanks
