I have had a fever for about 2 weeks. I’ve seen 3 different doctor throughout this process and all have given their advice and try to diagnose. First off I am a HIV positive individual that is undetectable and never misses a dose of my meds. A little of two weeks ago, I just randomly started getting fever. Then the symptoms progressed with heaviness in the chest and dry coughing, which I still have. I have been thru 2 sets of antibiotics, so I’m guessing this isn’t bacterial. My pcp ran blood work and said everything came back fine. So when I have these random fevers, I break it with Tylenol or Advil. However, my body still rages with heat afterwards. I’ve been given an inhaler to help with breathing as well. My doctor ran thru a long list of what this “could” be. Pneumonia, TB or sinus infection with onset of asthma. Any advice would be helpful. I just want to control the fever, any help is appreciated!

I ve had a sore throat for about a month. I ve been to the campus doctor twice. The first time I was prescribed amoxicillin for strep, but it didn t work. So I went back again, and they told me I had some kind of viral infection. I have a sore throat, fever (for the first week), headaches, shortness of breath, cough, tongue pain, tiredness, and a lesser appetite. Do you know what I could have?

My infant son ( 1year & 2 mos old) has been running a low grade fever for about 10 days now. Temp has ranged anywhere from 100.6 up to 102.6. We ve taken him to the Pediatrican 2 times this week and all the tests they ve done have come back negative (throat, breathing, ears) We can t figure out why he is still having the high temp. Any ideas
