Can Neomycin Be Used For The Treatment Of Pressure In The Ears?

I have had a cold with antibiotics. My ears are full of fluid today, just a little off and on yesterday. Should I be concerned, or just wait another day? Thank you. Also I have some neomycin polymyxin3.5 . Should I use it. My ears don t hurt.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have an ear infection and it is the cause of fluid in the ear causing off feeling.
It should not be left as it is and should be treated..
Neomycin Polymyxin Otic can be used for ears but first of all you should consult an Otolaryngologist or an Emergency room and get evaluated.
An otoscopy of ear can be done.
You can be advised a course of antibiotics to be taken orally along with antibiotic ear drops.
Also decongestant nasal drops can be advised to unclog the ears.
