Weakness in arms, pain in shoulder could be due to pressure or pathology of spinal cord in neck region or shoulder or vascular ischemia. If weakness is sudden, severe or increasing it is of concern. You should visit your doctor who can examine u and diagnose your problem and start treatment..

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having decreased calcium in your body. Is there any neck pain, back pain any specific joint pain. You need to get a thorough checkup by your Orthopaedician. Eat high protein and calcium diet like pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Avoid fatty and oily food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do regular exercise. Avoid lifting heavy weights. Avoid bad posture at work. Take Paracetamol for pain relief under medical supervision.
