I Have Got Sinus, Please Suggest Me

I have got sinus, and my nasal is completely blocked along with it my ears too hurt me a lot..There is little pain on my eyebrows. I have taken decongestant and sudafed but nothing is working.please suggest

You can try steam inhalation,it worked wonders for me with moreless instant relief. Plus i was also doing this yoga thing,precisely Pranayam. My doctors had also put me on some medicatioins.
