I Have Got High BP In My Neck And It Is Suffocating Me
Help!!! I ve got high blood pressure in my neck and it s suffocating me!? I almost find it difficult to breath! When I try to lie down it itensifies! I don t know what to do! I m afraid I ll die! It feels like my neck is all swollen! I can just feel my blood pumping in the arteries! I don t know what to do! Please, help me! Tell me what I should do to stop this, please!!!! It s terrible!

Yes, calm down first. Might actually help the breathing. You can't feel blood pressure, so I assume your heart is beating quite fast.
