I have feeling Frequently headache

Hi, some times i get sever headache especially, when i dont have sufficient sleep, or tired. i have baby and my age is 23. Can you please let me know the reason for this pain and any tips to prevent this? Thanks, Pravalika

yes very true ,one needs to have a proper sleep for 8 hours and taking stress,tension increases headache.So try to have good sleep.

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You are not getting good sleep because of the small baby.Make an arrangement in consultation with your husband so that you get proper sleep.You have to manage it out someway.Thanks and good luck.

Even I get such severe headaches if I am not having a good night's sleep. And with a headache and lack of sleep, it is obvious for one feel tired. So this is not a health problem or a disease as such.
