I Have Experienced Mid-back Pain. Which Is Sometime Sharp And Some Time Dull.
I am a 35 y/o male in general good health. Within an hour of eachother I have experienced Mid- back pain . Sharp and dull pain. About a half hour later the pain shot down my leg also causing sharp and dull pain. My leg hurts just below my knee cap on the front side. My back had the sharp pain when I try to straighten my back and the pain in my leg is sharp when I lift it. I have no history of muscle pain or back issues.

you have suffered a acute disc prolapse, the pain is called sciatica, probably the pain will be there for long time. get the MRI of the LS spine done with the advise of the spinal surgeon and get the right rest and medication. it does reccur often and u need to visit the doctor as he suggests

why are you avoiding such a serious condition of yours back.Back-spine is the main structural bone,which help us in daily life.you have compression of spinal nerves,it is very serious,must be investigated properly,as early as you can,only then it can be treated to cure you.pl go to orthopedic surgeon immediately,it may be infection or simpley compression.
