I Have Dry Forearms With Tiny Brown Spots In Winters. What Can I Do To Heal This ?

I am a 33 yr old baker and in constant contact with water. Because of this and winter, my forearms have become really dry, so much that have tiny brown spots. I don t have any liver spots, I drink a lot of water. what can I do to heal the dry skin if in fact it s just dry skin. Can you help ? Thanks Michelle

Every morning after bath, you might use an ointment that moistens your skin. You may have to reapply during your afternoon break at work and also during night. In case it is severe please consult with a dermatologist.
