I have dry forearms with tiny brown spots in winters. what can I do to heal this ?

I am a 33 yr old baker and in constant contact with water. Because of this and winter, my forearms have become really dry, so much that have tiny brown spots. I don t have any liver spots, I drink a lot of water. what can I do to heal the dry skin if in fact it s just dry skin. Can you help ? Thanks Michelle
