If almost feels as though I am coming out of a Novocaine shot after a visit to the dentist. This started 2 days ago. Also, when I stick out my tongue, the tip points partly to the left side of my face.

Hi, I recently fell off a longboard and hit my head, around the upper left hand corner of my forhead, and now (two days later) its still hurts to chew using the left side of my jaw. What could be going on here? Will it go away? Should I make a doctor s/dentist s appointment?

I have been having trouble when I chew gum or swallow food the left side of my neck and tongue. I can swallow , but it feels like I am overtaxing my tongue and that side of my throat is somewhat sore in the muscles, not like a sore throat. I have no acid reflux. Any ideas?

I am A 77 old female, in pretty good health. I have been experiencing pain in the left side of my jaw area for about a month or so. A number of years I did the same. It occurs while a eat and chew. I was told it is the gland that causes mumps and I should just eat something sour. Should I see my internet for this or wait for my annual check up in April? Thank you.
