I Have Constant Pain In My Elbow And It Hurts To Do Anything

I have constant pain in my elbow and it hurts to do anything! It also locks in place and hurts to get it loose and it cracks a lot too. I would like to find something out whats wrong with it because I start softball this spring.

Is there any swelling or change of temperature or colour. Just do an Xray of the elbow AP and lateral to rule out and fractures. If it doesnot solve the problem you might require an MRI to know the finner cause.
