I have chest pain, dizziness and fatigue. Had bradycardia and tachycardia and general arrhythmia long ago

When I was about 18, I wore a 24 hour monitor. I had periods of bradycardia and tachycardia and general arrhythmia. The doctors called it benign and nothing ever was done. Now, I am 30 and I am experiencing the same things that sent me to the doctor in the first place - feeling skips, feeling very fatigued often, feeling mild pain in my chest on and off, cough, and having dizzy spells and periods where it feels weird to breathe. Since they called it benign last time and did nothing, would it even be worth my time, effort, and money to do back? Does anyone else experience this? If you are a doctor, what the *^#$ is wrong with me? Gee whiz, Barry - angry/judgmental much? For those others, do you know if there IS a benign condition that can cause these symptoms? I was reading about a fellow who had an electrical problem and who also experienced the skips. I ve been healthy as the metaphorical horse for the last 11 years - no problems. For this to surface again now is very confusing.

Definitely go back to the doctor. This is not normal. Many people do get benign 'ectopic' beats, extra beats which can make people feel flutterings in their chest. This can last for a while and the more anxious people get about it generally, the worse it gets. However, the definition of benign is not causing any pathological signs, and self limiting. You are experiencing symptoms highly suggestive of a cardiac problem, chest pain, breathlessness and dizziness being the key ones. Id request an ECG, an exercise tolerance test and an echocardiogram of the heart to look for valvular or septal defects. Sorry this is UK terminology.

I suffer from Bradycardia. This has been since 2004 when I underwent an Ablation for Tachycardia. My normal heartbeat is between 39/45. My blood pressure is slightly high - 157/80. I am 51, a non smoker and hardly ever take alcohol. I have been exercising 5 days a week for nearly a year now. I weigh 12 stone and am 5ft 9in. During exercise I feel short of breath until properly warmed up, but my recovery time is just around a few minutes or less. At rest I often get chest pains. I also take Ranitidine - 150mg once a-day, for Acid reflux. I have also noticed that I keep having reoccurring slight head aches when resting. I am worried that my Bradycardia is getting worse as my heart-rate is slowing down as time goes by. Can you offer me a diagnosis on this information?

I felt faint and went to Hospital. On the monitor my heart rate was 45. I have chest pains. On having an endoscopy found to have fungal infection (old complaint of Barretts Oesphagus) but this chest pain was different and feeling faint was different. Had monitor on heart for 24 hours. Not got results yet. Told had Brady cardia, never heard of it until now. What do you think?

I m having strange chest pains every once in a while that feel similar to stabbing. They linger for a few seconds and range from around my heart to near my collar bone on both my right and left side. They really frighten me and cause me to gasp every time. I have sinus tachycardia and sinus arrhythmia. I take Atenolol for my sinus tach and Lexapro and Seroquel for my depression and anxiety. Any ideas what it could be?

I often have an irregular heartbeat during the course of the day (5 to 6 times). I can feel gas moving around in my system almost everytime this occurs. I often have rapid heartbeats which are relieved by passing . I was hospitalized before because I thought tI was having a heart attack but after thorough testing (ekg, ultrasound, stress test, wearing a heart monitor at home) they found nothing. What could be a possible avenue that I can pursue to finally get rid of this or at least be able to treat it.

I'm a 21 yr old female having constant heart palpitations. I know what they are and what they feel like some are stronger than others but I feel them all the time. I don't have insurance so I haven't seen a cardiologist. I don't smoke, drink anything with caffeine, and only drink alcohol occasionally. Some doctors have said possible mitral valve prolapse. I'm just wondering what could be causing so many palpitations and also I have had them since I was 18 they are just getting much worse I also have chest pain just about every day.
