Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for the query
Whether you go for a surgical option or conserve it mainly depends upon your lifestyle, professional requirement and amount of pain. No option is clearly better than the other. If no professional demand, with light free exercises it can be kept in check.
Hi fouli.., the condition of Calcific tendinits is where the tendon is calcified.., hence it will be hardened, and there will be pain and restriction while in the movement of the shoulder joint...
medication cant cure it, Surgery it the Only option...
Hope I have answered your question..
Thanks for query,
if you are not going for syrgery, take one injection of steroid more.
Continue physiotherapy, and go for short way diathermy.
Swimming exercise and particularly do butterfly is very good.
Ok and bye.
