I Have Been To Three Podiatrists And None Have Been

I have been to three podiatrists and none have been able to help me. In November, 2015, I was diagnosed by Dr. Grosser with arthritis in all the joints of both feet, plantar fasciitis both feet, and no fat on the bottom of both feet, also a torn tendon in the right foot and my arch is higher in that foot as well. I had been jogging and did not know I had arthritis. She told me she could not do anything to help me and I needed to be in a wheelchair for at least 6 months to heal. I had to continue working and was unable to do so. I continued working for two more years but was no longer able to walk due to the pain. I recently saw Dr. Michael Dickson, in Corpus Christi and he had me purchase some Hoka running shoes and special insoles at my expense but they aggravated my SI Joint Pain and Bursitis on my outer thighs. He feels my pain is neuropathy stemming from my back issues as I have had a spinal fusion in 2012 and have slight scoliosis in 3 different areas in my spine. I do not however believe it is neuropathy. I really do feel I need the right shoes but having different issues in my right foot makes it difficult. Do I try another podiatrist or are you the type of doctor I need to see? I am very frustrated. I cannot walk without pain and would love to get back to work.
