I have been taking ZanTac, 1/150mg every night and 1/150mg

I have been taking ZanTac, 1/150mg every night and 1/150mg every morning. I take the morning dose when I first get up before I put anything more in my stomach. I've been told it effects some people to have a problem with getting their words expressed or said. What is your opinion as I have just started using it, also I've been told that omepersole also does the same but is even worse.

For the past 4 years I have had heart burn night and day. I have been eating less spicy foods, and now its to the point even water contributes to the pain waking me up at night at least 4 our 5 times a week. I take Zantac 150 almost every day, it helps but it seems the effects are not lasting as long any more. Any advice would be appreciated
