I have been suffering from MACULAR AMYLOIDSIS for the last 16 years

Dear Doctor ? I m 32 yrs. old and have been suffering from MACULAR AMYLOIDSIS for the last 16 -18yrs. I started getting the lesions on my skin at the age of 14.however now it has spread below the collar bone area ( chest ) and also on the outer upper arm .The lesions at back of my neck and upper back has been the oldest and it has only got worse over the yrs. the back area is completely dark ( hyperpigmentation ) and dry rough and coarse. However the lesions on the chest and upper outer arm is relatively new (6yrs. ) and not as bad as the back. Is there a remedy to cure the disease from the root (complte cure ) and is there a traetment to completely eliminitae the lesions (hyperpigmention ) of the skin. Awaiting you response anxiously. Arpita.

Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Dear Arpita
Ayurveda helps you to get rid of this problem but i believe it can take a bit long time period. You have to start with mahamanjishtha arisht mixed with sariva arisht 2 tsf each and mixed with 4 tsf of water BD. along with this have tab. gandhak rasayan and tab. allerin 2 each bd. and haridra khand half tsf bd. Locally youo can apply calamina lotion. Have this medicine for one month and then report back.

My daughter is 27 yrs. old and was diagnosed in the middle of March with acute macular neuroretinitis. Of course, we are devastated because it has affected her central vision enough to keep her from driving and she has been unable to return to work; she is a fire fighter, going on 5 years now and of course with this disease/condition has also been told that there is nothing that can be done short of a natural miracle to bring back her diminished eyesight which has not gotten any better. Her retina specialist, who I am sure is a great doctor, only has 1 other patient, since the condition is so rare and I think by now barring the fact that I am not an eye specialist myself, I have done more research on the disease than he has. I think that I actually have read just about every word that is on the internet that has been written about it already. Hers is a classic case; she has been on birth control pills for 9 years and just about that same amount of different kinds because of problems taking them, so that is a mitigating factor, but the only one that sticks out that is always mentioned. The only other thing that sticks out in my mind that should be a red flag in her case, I feel, is the fact that she has had severe migraine headaches since she was 2 yrs. old and out of all those other woman, not one with this condition has every been mentioned as that having been a factor in their losing their sight....but when I finally got mad enough and put the relation of the two things into a search engine, it let me to this sight!! Here s the irony of her story though, after 1 month of 5 days in a row of migraines, having an angiogram to make sure there was no blockages in the back of her head where her migraines always concentrated, (came out clear) went to a brand new Neurologist who prescribed the wrong medicine that she was told that my daughter could NOT take because she has bad reactions to it the 3 times she took it, she prescribed it anyway (under a different name) wouldn t you think a doctor would know better??? My daughter got violently ill again after taking it with a migraine on 3/14, suffered through it, then the next day on 3/15, got very sick again with something that resembled the worst stomach virus she has ever had, which could have been another side effect (we read them all), and the very next morning on 3/16 woke up with her central vision impaired. Now, we go back to her retina specialist next Friday for her 1 month specialist, but nothing has changed at all - but her entire life. Can you help us? As her parents, we feel like we are not doing enough for her, but wow, when you hit a brick wall like this with your child that s one day so healthy and just starting their life and doing so well and then something like this happens....the hardest thing is, there are just NO ANSWERS and no one seems like they want to even talk to us or help! Oh, and the absolutely weirdest thing that DID happen is, that since the very day she became visually impaired, she has NOT had even one migraine headache!!! NOT ONE!! By now, under all the stress and crying and craziness we have been through around here, she would have had several already....this case at least warrants a Case Study....if nothing else!! I at least am thanking God for that and praying for the larger miracle everyday. Please let me hear from you soon. Thanks!

Hi I ve 2 laser hair removal treatement and noticed light hyperpigmentation on my cheek done after 3 or 4 days after my second treatment. I went to the laser clinic and they have told me to use mela clear depigmentation serum to get rid of hyperpigmentation. I have been using it quite a while now but I have not noticed much difference. I apply sunblock gel eveyday and avoid staying out in sun. Is there any way of getting rid of this pigmentation? I m also thinking of waxing on my face but will it be safe to do so?
