I have been suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis for 4years....HLAB27 negative...crp is little high....I had been on nonsterodial anti inflammatory drug for years... prescribed mild steroids for a short time....pain was under control but found no improvement in mobility....at present suffering from neck stiffness and occasional low back pain....reduced spine mobility and neck movement......please suggest me what should I do....where would I get the best treatment?
