I have been sleeping 10-12 hours a night. but i just had reconstructive back surgury for scholiosis. is this bad or harmful to me ?

Hi,
Since you have undergone reconstructive back surgery for scoliosis, there is no harm for sleeping for 10-12 hours.

It is important to note that the more immobile the spine is kept the better it will fuse. Bending, lifting, and twisting are all discouraged for the first three months after surgery
