I Have Been On Period For About 4months. What Kind Of Foods Can I Eat To Bring My Blood Count Up ?

I have been on my period for about 4 months. Have no energy and a hard time concentrating what can I do to stop it? Also what kind of foods can I eat to bring my blood count up. I been to the doctor he did a paps came back neg and no tumers. Help.........

Hi,
You might be having dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can try medicines like tranexamic acid and mafenemic acid to stop bleeding or hormonal pill or iucd (mirena) in consultation with your doctor. To elevate blood count up especially haemoglobin try green leafy vegetables, sprouts, pulses, soya, citric fruits, apple, pomegranate, milk products etc.
