I have been having symptoms of dizziness when I turn my head from laying on one side, even in a slow fashion, and I also have numbness and tingling in my left arm and hand and fingers frequently. I do have low blood pressure, and I had pulmonary embolism back in 2002 in my left lung, which started with a clot behind my left knee, but have had no symptoms at all until just recently.
