What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Heartburn And Persistent Burps?

I have been having severe stomach issues and need help. I can't keep down food, if I do keep it down the top of my stomach hurts like a rock and it starts to creep up my esophagus. I Stay full for days without eating. I have heartburn and asset and the burps. I've been having yellow diarrhea for 2 months now. From pooping to not pooping for a couple of days. I already had my gallbladder taken out. And take asset medication but it not working. Also I have been to a gastrologist and I'm not getting no answers tossed from Doctor to doctor and my symptoms are getting worse where I can barely get out of bed because I am wake and the pain is increasing.

* As per my surgical experience, the issue of abdomen pain with heartburn and persistent burps indicate possible underlying reflux condition which can be from different issues as GERD, hiatus hernia or others.
* Kindly discuss out the need of upper GI endoscopy and stomach biopsy to rule out H.Pylori infection and other causes and get best curative plans in accordance to that only.
