Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Chander Mohan Mittal's  Response
the cause of your first reading can be just due to pain. the next reading the bp is high and you need to start on antihypertensive medicines. start with lifestyle modifications like salt restricted diet, stop smoking and alcohol intake , take less of fat and remain active, atleast 30 mins of excercise in a day.
