I have been feeling very different, weak n tired n confusement moody n Feeling my heart skip beats n stop or Really fast like 140 over just walking inside house to go to next room. Started feeling heart stop and then a pulsing feeling under right rib which can be felt on outside by placing hand to feel. Shaky Vibrating feeling in chest n sometimes worsens when I try to take bigger breath. I Have a resting heart rate that Usually stays over 100 BPM. Also jumps up on normal stuff to around 140. I haven't even tried with excerise because I'm scared to see
