I Have Been Diagnosed With Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo And

I have been diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and have “outbreaks” that last 2 months at a time when under extreme stress. I have also recently been told by a doctor that I have a minor form of ehlers Danlos hypermobility (have not been tested genetically) could these 2 be linked? Could my vertigo actually be a symptom of ehlers?
