I Have An Itchy Labia Majora With White Dots

Hi i have an itchy labia majora . Ive been itching it alot and applying canesten and it doesnt seem to work. Ive also taken the tablet which gets rid of any fungal infection . There looks like there a white dots around the red areas .. what could this be?

Hi,You may have some form of folliculitis.You may need to keep the area free of hair and if infected antibiotics will be needed.Canestin creme works better on mucosa but you try antihistamines.
