I have an extremely hard large lump, had ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel
hi im a 30 yr old women and while checking my cervical position as i am ttc i have noticed this last two weeks an extremely hard large lump or mass that i can feel through my back vaginal wall at the top near my cervix it feels like its in my bowel , i suffer from ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel but have never noticed this before
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
Any mass near the cervix can have its origin from the rectum or intestines if it is situated posteriorly and can be from urinary bladder if it is there in front of the cervix. If it is a hard mass then you must get an MRI of your abdomen done to exactly know its situation.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available if you have any further queries.

uhh ok, hope this doesn t cost money heh i m on disability... funny how being poor could limit our health and livelyhood by not being able to afford to talk to a doctor... anyways.... i have this wound on my hand and in fact i have several all over my body i m beginning to think bedbugs though I ve had them before and i could always find them and this time I just can t i m OCD too so i REALLY take things apart, i ve been known to unstitch and restitch clothing to be extremely thorough (it was my favorite vest I wanted to be SURE! :P) and so... my question this wound on my hand didn t START like the others... the others start out like something halfway between a zit and boil.. with a white head cap that is extremely difficult to actually lance and break... and very painful too, and then once the white cap is gone.. it supporates.. a mostly (until now) clear colored liquid that always sets in a very firm but brittle cap/scab there s very little actual blood this so it s not technically a scab right... i find that if i don t monitor that liquid til it sets hard... as it spreads out on the top of the skin it seems to be almost like corrosive to the undamaged skin.... so the wound spreads now this one on my hand I BELIEVE it was just a superficial wound i just knocked my hand across something... and i look at the skin was all loose over top of it so maybe there was a whitehead that i just didn t notice... and the force of contact burst it... anyways this one though... it s a decidedly orange colored fluid that when it sets hard is still just as brittle but it s like infecting the tissue because it s painful all the way through and i can almost just watch as white blood cells are coagulating there and the tissue swells and then i have to lance it again.... or else it starts to turn that white head green if i leave it in there.... what does this sound like to you? i have no KNOWN underlying conditions though i personally am in the process of getting a diagnosis for either chrohn s or Ulcerative colitis... is this orange fluid and the way it s like almost necrotizing the tissue like it s doing the spreading the wound thing the wound was smaller than the head of a pin to start.... it s now about the diameter of a pea like a green pea not the bean stalk pea.. they re bigger this isn t that big yet :P still is this potentially a sign of toxicity in my body? what kinds of things could i expect to see as signs or symptoms of that toxicity as it s what is likely as not to kill me by the sounds of it....
Hi, I have recently (2 weeks ago) had ileostomy reversal surgery for ulcerative colitis. This was the 3rd and final operation, having previously had a colectomy and j pouch formation surgeries in the last 7 months. All is going well and I feel fine, though I have a very mild and dull ache in my lower left abdomen which stretched to just below the bottom rib. My initial concern was a potential hernia. I feel that this is unlikely however as I have no lump/protrusion, had all surgeries laparoscopically, have been extremely careful not to strain my abdomen and I am in excellent shape with very strong abdominal muscles. I am tending to believe that this dull pain may be due simply to very frequent bowel movements over the last 2 weeks. Does this seem plausible in your opinion?
My 36 year old daughter-in-law just had a permanent colostomy done to remove her colon and rectum due to ulcerative colitis. She previously had a fistula, meaning Crohn s as well. She has tried humera and remicaid without success. What happens now if she starts having problems in the small bowel or esophagus?
I have Crohn s disease. As a side effect of meds and a depressed immune system , I tend to have warts . In the last couple of weeks I have developed what I thought was another wart on my right hand . However, it has grown to about 1/2 , is red, swollen, painful and has a bit of a crusty top. Any ideas? (I am on a cancellation list for my skin specialist)
lMy question is, I have Chrones disease. I've been offered treatment option to put off surgery. One is methotrexate, the other is interferon, I was also told about another one. I don't remember the name. I need to decide on the first one, and was told that they side effects are awful. Vomiting, Hairloss, and bone loss. Is there any others including interferon that I could check out? I didn't know that I was going to have top pay for an answer. Forget it. I'll search it out with my doctor.
I was wondering if I should be worried if I have bright red blood in my stool. It was kind of water bright red blood. I do smoke meth, and I was wondering what could the cause of it be? Should I go to the doctor? My mom and sister have Chrons disease, but this is the first time I have ever seen that much blood in the toilet from having a bowel movement. All of the water was bright red with not alot of solids in it.
I have crohns disease for 17 years and recently learned I have an enlarged spleen . With long term anemia , crohns and the medications I have to take, it has given me abnormal blood levels when they take cbc and various blood tests. For this reason they are going to monitor the spleen and the levels before deciding if they need to remove it, if it may be cancerous, or fairly harmless. All the tests on my liver were good and they have ruled out my liver causing my spleen to enlarge. I have heard removal of the spleen leads to a higher chance of infection and a tougher time to fight bacteria, infection etc. What type of medications are used for people who have their spleen removed and will removing my spleen, put my body in a very compromising position since Im taking medications like Humira, Immuran, predisone and my immune system is pretty much shut off? I know I dont need to worry about the worse case scenario yet, Im just concerned if they remove my spleen I will either spend a lot more time in and out of the hospital or I will have to isolate myself even more due to increase risk of infection . Im curious about the quality of life a person with severe crohns disease taking immune lowering medications and has their spleen removed?
My niece has crowns diease her send rate is 80 What other tests can be done I know her crohnss is an autoimmune but she's in the hospital they have done cat scan shows nothing What can I tell them to do She is 31 yrs old has had it since 16 She...
